The Way Back is an alternative rock band formed by Alex Ellis and Jeff Kinney (formerly of Roanoke and The Brisbanes) in April of 2012. In the midst of wrapping up their first studio EP, The Way Back quickly recruited music veterans Daniel Cole and Paul Herman to complete the group. Alex and Jeff signed on with Lakehouse Sound, a music label and licensing company based in Los Angeles, in March of 2013.
